Throughout your stay, we offer quality services to ensure your stopover is as pleasant as possible.

You'll find everything you need: a varied and delicious breakfast, attentive hosts available at any time, Wi-Fi access, a business package… You won't want for anything. For any requests, please contact reception.

Friendliness, availability, adaptability

We welcome you to the reception from 7 am to 8 pm, every day. You can ask any questions you may have; we will be happy to answer them in French and English. We easily adapt to your needs and are available around the clock to respond to your requests.

helpful advice and tourist information are also available. We are here to listen to you: ensuring your stay runs smoothly is our priority. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly atmosphere and exemplary service within our establishment.

A baby cot is available (for an additional fee) at reception. Please contact our team to add it to your room. You will also find toothbrush and shaving kits.

To start the day

We offer a breakfast buffet every morning from 7:00 to 10:00. On Sundays, you can enjoy it between 7:30 and 10:00.

You will enjoy a selection of delicious sweet and savory products, including: bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, fruit juice, and hot drinks. An express option, consisting of a hot drink, orange juice, and a mini pastry, is available for €5.

Breakfast is €11 per person and €5 for children aged 5 to 12.

Overnight stopover package in Tours

Business travelers passing through Tours can take advantage of our overnight stay package. It includes an overnight stay in a COMFORT room, breakfast, and dinner at our partner restaurant, for €113 per person.

We also offer the PREMIUM overnight stay package in a SUPERIOR room for €125.

The Brasserie La Madeleine welcomes you just 100 meters from our hotel with an overnight stay package. You'll enjoy a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink (glass of wine or other).

Other little extras of the Hotel du Théâtre

Our hotel does not have its own parking, but we offer preferential rates for parking in the "Nationale" underground car park, located 200 meters away on Rue Emile Zola. You will have access to fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We welcome pets at the Hôtel du Théâtre for an additional fee of €10. However, they are not allowed in the breakfast room. The hotel is certified as "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome): a private, secure garage is available for storing your bicycles (€5 per night).

Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

Upon departure, please ensure you have everything you need and return your keys to reception.

Any late check-out will result in a late check-out fee as follows:

Between 11:00 AM and 11:15 AM: 25% of the night's stay
Between 11:15 AM and 11:30 AM: 50% of the night's stay
Between 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM: 75% of the night's stay
After 11:45 AM: 100% of the night's stay
