Order
Your luggage can be left freely at the reception.
Money and valuables
The hotel does not have a safe deposit box service, neither in the rooms nor at the reception. Be careful not to let your money stand out and other valuables. The hotel can not be held responsible in case of disappearance of objects or money left in the room.
Regulation
For your comfort, we remind you that it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms. If management is aware of this fact, it will be liable to charge a supplement equal to 100% of the room rate.
Damage, theft and nuisance
Any damage or theft caused in the hotel or in the rooms will be the subject of compensation equal to the damage. Any nuisance causing inconvenience and / or a complaint from the reception or other customers will result in billing an allowance equal to one night.
Animals
Dogs or cats are accepted. They must be kept on a leash or in a cage in the public areas of the hotel.
Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
An extra charge of € 10 will be charged.

At the reception, you will find at your disposal ironing board and iron, mobile phone charger and electric adapters, city map and information to visit the city.
Cancellation - Reimbursement
In case of reimbursement, the amount will be subject to a management fee of 5%.
